Special Voluntary Departure Program from
December 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026 (90 days).
Undocumented foreigners who report voluntarily and depart Korea during this period will receive:

Those who used forged or altered passports

Criminal offenders

Persons subject to deportation for violating departure orders

Individuals who began overstaying after December 1, 2025
⚠️ Important
Immigration crackdowns will continue during this period.
Foreigners caught during crackdowns will face deportation and entry bans.
Benefits apply only when you voluntarily report and depart.
